  Custom Transcriptomes

Our cutting-edge tool constructs high-quality Reference Transcriptome Datasets (RTDs) for any species, cultivar/strain or individual. Custom transcriptomes provide the foundation for accurate transcript quantification and downstream analysis allowing researchers to delve deeply into gene regulation and function.

  Beyond RTDs

We’re working on new tools for full scope custom transcriptomes and true translations of protein coding gene transcripts, designed to help researchers delve deeper into gene function and expression.
